On Christmas Eve (that morning) we woke up at my parent's house, which I wrote about HERE
That afternoon we went to Snookum's Dad's side of the families' get together in another city.
We hadn't seen many of them since the wedding, or before, so it was so nice to get to see everyone, especially our new CUTE CUTE CUTE nugget of a niece!

| She loves me. HaHa! |
Everyone wanted to talk to Snookums and find out what he had been doing, how Airborne School went, and what our future plans were with the recent wedding, moves, and deployment!
(I also think we got asked about kids about four times within the first 45 minutes we were there. JOY!)
There was also a particular time where everyone was talking about birth stories.. (which is all good! Great for you!! I'm just absolutely NOT there yet! HAHA) I may have texted Snookums and asked him to please "save me" and take me out to the car to get my jacket (a.k.a. wine) from the car! HAHAHAHA
I'm telling you, If you know me, you know that I have a really weird reaction when someone mentions me having kids. I get REALLY nervous, and break out in hives.
(Disclaimer: I have nothing against kids, I actually really love them most times, I've just never been a "baby person". I'm not saying I don't want kids. I'm just saying I'm still too much of a kid myself to think about having any!! :) Just wanted to explain that!)
ANYWAY. We really had a good time! We ate a TON of food, got spoiled with presents, got to see our CUTIE of a niece, and Snookums got to show his Dad a little bit of what he had been doing at Airborne School!

| How we ended our night. Sandwiches, pajamas, and a brew. Perfect!! |
The next morning (CHRISTMAS!), we got up and drove to Lexington to celebrate with Snookums' brother and his wife, and their CUTIE I mentioned earlier, Snookums' mom and her husband!
We all spent the day fawning over Miss Olivia, and just relaxing!

Snookums had waited until today to give me my "big" Christmas present. I really had no idea what it was going to be! He kept telling me that he was worried "I wouldn't like it" and that he "hadn't spent very much" and he hoped I knew it was the thought that counted. HAHA. LIAR.
So, I had no idea when I started to open it. I got the wrapping paper about a 1/4 off and SCREAMED! hahaha
It was a KitchenAid mixer in Ice Blue. My favorite color IN THE WORLD!!! :)
I have such a sweetheart for a husband!
We all did really well in the present department! Snookums' Mom and her husband hooked us UP with a memory foam mattress cover that is like sleeping on a cloud. For real. It is amazing!
We also got a really awesome 2011 Army Nutcracker with one of our wedding photos in it!
As well as an adorable Just Married Ornament and some festive beverages! ;)
And don't you worry, Skeeter wasn't left out! He got a new UK bandana, and a new PINK baby!!
We were SO EXCITED to give Miss Olivia her Christmas present!!
We wanted to get her something that she could keep for a really long time, and something a little sentimental from her Uncle Snookums before he deployed and would be gone for a little bit.
We think she loved it! Everyone else who saw it said it was super adorable!
Hopefully, in the next couple of months, anyone will be able to have one of these cute little blankets, customized for themselves!! ;) ;) (working on it!)
We really couldn't be happier that we got to visit all our family over Christmas!
We are especially glad that we got to see our little cute nugget of a niece for so long :)

You both made out well!!!! I adore cute little baby blankets but Im with you, just not ready for my own yet. I like my freedom and being able to go and do whatever we want when ever. With out having to worry about a little one to tag along with us.
Your niece is just too cute!!!
I can't WAIT to register for a Kitchenaid Mixer...and you best believe that if we don't get it, I'm buying it the minute we get home from our honeymoon!
