This last Friday we were fortunate enough for Snookums to get a day off!!
(Thank you Army! We needed it!)
We decided to go have a late lunch at a local place downtown.
When we first walked in, we were pretty sure we were WAY under the age limit. There wasn't a soul there under 60 years of age.
But, we stuck it out, and GOOD LORD, I am so happy we did.
I had a bloody mary. I had been craving one FOREVER. This one was perfect.
Loved my little mini bottle of Tabasco too. Snookums said it was just like the ones the Army puts in their MRE's. (Meal Ready to Eat)
We got so much good food... Shrimp Brushetta. Burgers. Lobster Rolls. Everything fresh, and made from scratch. Their bread was AMAZING.
Weirdos.
We also decided that since we weren't looking like TOTAL bums (like we usually are) we should take a couple pics (on my Iphone- sorry for quality!) of us with our little stinker (Skeeter) that Snookums can take with him when he leaves!
Just keepin' it real here folks.. Just bossing Snookums on how to take a picture. You know, the usual.
Absolutely precious.

I tried out the whole "Heatless Curls" thing by sleeping in a headband..
Whatcha think?
They didn't turn out perfect, but I think if you touched them up with a curling iron they
could be super duper cute.
Somebody come visit me so I can try it on your hair!! Please and thanks.

Cute pics! I love the hair!!! How did you do that with a headband??? I have a clipless curling iron that I'm obsessed with, but it would be great to learn other techniques (especially if they don't use damaging heat)!
