Deployment is one of those things that just SLAPS YOU IN THE FACE with reality.
The reality is that I'm by myself right now, the reality is that he will be gone for a few months, but the reality is also that it doesn't mean my "life" should stop just because he's gone.
SO, I'm getting back to the old moo.
I'm going to blog and write because it makes me happy.
I'm going to further some of these awesome friendships that I've found via the internet. Because y'all make me happy.
I'm going to take more photos, because it makes me happy.
I'm going to work on decorating the house the way I want to, because it makes me happy.
I'm going to get back to crafting, and DIYing because being creative makes me happy.
I'm going to start working out again, because it makes me happy.
I'm going to continue writing Snookums every single day, and spoiling him rotten with care packages, because it makes me happy.
I'm going to only surround myself with people who bring "the happy" as well.
I'm getting back to my happy y'all.

I'm so glad to hear that!!!! You deserve to be happy. Even though these stupid deployments try to bring us down, we are stronger than that. You go girl!!!!
